A few days late but... here are some of my goals for February & things that are coming up for me this month! In terms of goals, I'm going to split them into a few categories.
Physical Goals:
Make time to be active every day, (whether it be walking, running, lifting, yoga, etc.) for at least an hour.
Eating whole foods the majority of the time, and focusing on more 'color' on my plates.
Slow down while eating, (I inhale my food).
Emotional/Spiritual/Growth Goals:
Read a book a week! (Seems like a lot, but totally doable if you cut down on SM).
Sit down every morning to do prayer and deep breathing for 10 minutes.
Stay AHEAD of my assignments, which gives me more time to do other fun things.
Random Goals:
Finish knitting a scarf. (I've been working on the same one for the past 2 months, and it's taking me f-o-r-e-v-e-r.)
Try to not spend so much money - this one is so arbitrary because I love shopping so we shall see.
Step up my SM game. It's been lacking.
Things on the come up for the month of February...
First of all, this month is so short but at the same time feels so long so hopefully, I can get everything done in a reasonable time.
This month I am....
Flying down to the a-m-a-z-i-n-g state of Alabama to visit someone *special*
Starting marathon training for a race at the end of May!
Flying down to Florida to go to Disney.
Possibly going to a few concerts? This is still up in the air.
School. *Insert positive/appreciative smiling emoji*
Work. *Also insert positive smiling emoji*
